Description: The Rose Ballroom is a great space that is designed with all the amenities for large social functions and well as meetings and banquets. The room is one large open room that has its own entrance, a coat check, natural light, track and spot lighting, surround sound PA, a built-in dance floors and bar, and counter space.

Total Area: 4,100 square feet

Below is the Maximum Seating Capacity for each type of setup:

Theater Style: 350 pax
Banquet Style: 300 (with tables on the dance floor) 250 (without tables on the dance floor) 300 is 38 tables and 250 is 32 tables 8 chairs
Wedding Style: Wedding Style: 225 pax 29 tables with 8 chairs
Classroom Style: 225
U-Shape Style: 150

The maximum seating capacity for Banquet Style is a setup of 38 5' tables with 8 guests at a table. We will still be able to have a screen, speaker tables, podium, etc. at the front. The dance floor will be covered though.

The maximum seating capacity for the Wedding Style is a setup of 29 tables with 8 guests at a table. This still leaves space open on the dance floor and space for a head table, gift table, cake table, and the DJ.

The maximum seating capacity for the Classroom Style is a chevron setup of 75 72"x30" tables with 3 guests per table.

The maximum seating capacity for the Theatre Style is 350 16"x16" cushioned banquet chairs, without tables all in rows facing the speaker.

The maximum seating capacity for the U-Shape Style is 50 96"x30' tables with 3 guests per table.
