Planning Your Social Function
The Days Hotel and Conference Center has two very nice function rooms for large social events – The Rose Grand Ballroom and The Methuen Ballroom, both of which you will not find anywhere else in the area. The Rose Grand Ballroom is one big open space, and is often used for weddings, large reunions, anniversaries, and other functions where dancing and merrymaking is involved. It has a designated bar area, coat-check, two separate entrances, plenty of outlets, several mic hook-ups for DJs, specialty lighting, as well as natural lighting. We also have staging, post and drape, and a variety of tables for any setup required. The Methuen Ballroom is a unique space that also has a built-in dance floor, bar and coat-check that is perfect for Birthdays, Baby Showers, Coming of Age Parties, etc.
Call the hotel and ask for the Sales & Catering Manager to check for rates and availability. It is helpful if you are flexible with your dates, as there are many days like Saturday, where we are very busy. The Days Hotel & Conference Center is the best value in the area. For those on a budget, we can work with you to meet your needs. For food and catering, we have an on-site restaurant that has many options to choose from.

Setup Your Business Meeting
With a great location just of I-93 Exit 47, The Days Hotel and Conference Center has several types of rooms to accommodate all types of business meetings, trainings and conferences. If you are planning a small off-site meeting or just need a private space, the Days Hotel has three boardrooms to choose from: The Tenny Room and the Merrimack Board Room. For larger trainings, seminars, exhibitions, conferences and meetings, we have two of the largest function rooms in the area. All our rooms have internet access as well as conference call phone capabilities. And each space can be set up to suit your needs, whether you prefer classroom style, theatre style, u-shape, or boardroom style.
Please call the hotel and ask for the Sales & Catering Manager to assist you in all you need to make your meeting successful. We have all the AV and setup equipment ready to reserve, such as screens, LCD projectors, overheads projectors, flipcharts, easels, power strips and extension cords, speaker phones, etc. All pricing includes setup fees. We also cater events, whether you prefer breakfast, snack breaks, coffee breaks, or working lunches. The on-site restaurant also allows for the group to eat in the restaurant, and will give the menus early for pre-order.
